Kianga (African Lioness)

I met Kianga in the Sedgwick County Zoo in Wichita where she was one of Michael’s mates. Every day in the morning sun they would lounge on their rock copse, looking very regal. As the heat of the day came on, they would lounge in the shade along the glass outer walls of their habitats.
